Return and Refund Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Holiday sales, custom orders, and limited time orders with free gifts are final sale and cannot be returned/refunded. We would be happy to provide an exchange unit or free gifts in cases of damaged goods. Shipping and express shipping cannot be refunded.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on where to send your package. Shipping costs are not imbursed - we are working on attaining coverage for this as per customer feedback. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We cannot process refunds or returns for the case where a customer inputs an incorrect address. Return shipping costs are not covered by our company.

Orders enter fulfillment once a shipping label is generated. Carrier tracking updates may occur after fulfillment and do not indicate shipment delay.

Return shipping fee:

We cannot process refunds for customer 'change of minds.'. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages; we will ship the order to the given address to the best of our ability, but from that point, it is the local carrier and your responsibility to pick up the package. Stolen packages will not be compensated for. We will do our best to find details about your delivery through local and global delivery channels.

Additionally, our responsibility as sellers ends as soon as the package is marked as delivered. From that point, it is the customers responsibility to pick up the package. We will not issue any refunds for missing packages once they have been delivered. If the package is lost in transit, or if there are shipping delays, we will address the issue and process a refund. No returns/refunds for customer 'change of minds' or an incorrect address input by a customer if the order has already been shipped.

I want to cancel my order. Is that possible?

You can cancel an order if it has not yet been sent to our warehouse for picking and packing. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If the item has left our warehouse, we will be unable to cancel the order. Please note that shipping costs will no longer be reimbursed once the order has left our warehouse. No returns/refunds for customer "change of minds" or an incorrect address input by a customer if the order has already been shipped.

Carrier tracking updates may occur after fulfillment and do not indicate shipment delay.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. No returns/refunds for customer 'change of minds' or an incorrect address input by a customer if the order has already been shipped.
